Immigration Evaluations

Immigration evaluations are very different from any other type of evaluations, such as forensic, educational, or diagnostic assessments. In most immigration proceedings, the burden of proof lies on the applicant or beneficiary to show emotional distress, and a psychological evaluation can be very helpful in these cases. I can assess the different ways and to what extent your hardship may have impacted your mental health and functioning.
